Emergency responders and firefighters continue rescue efforts in Lake Lure
Lake Lure has received additional help from the U.S. Coast Guard. Cell service and internet access in the town have improved. The town remains under a boil advisory and has a no-flush order. All town wells are operable with the expectation of two and staff are working to repair these wells.
