State police in Cumberland County have charged a woman after they say she claimed to be an FBI agent. Troopers say 30-year-old Rebecca Frye of Mechanicsburg was at the Camp Hill Prison around 5 a.m. on Wednesday and was trying to take custody of an inmate. Frye is charged with attempted escape and impersonating a public servant.
